Fiber Laser CNC Fiber Laser FB16 is an intelligent laser that can cut all kinds of metals, such as steel, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, silver, titanium and many more. It comes with a modern and intelligent controller. It can calculate the shortest distance to cut the material, the fastest time to save the machine time and the life of the machine. The machine also has a sensor and the fastest torque with 4 latest Japanese servo motors and drives 3000 rpm, which can run up to 50m/min. CNC Fiber Laser can be used up to 100,000 hours.

The machine can choose the color and model. We have 500 watts to 20000 watts according to customer requirements.

Controller placement position for CNC Fiber Laser Machine Model FB-16-1530 1000W

• The controller placement is at the front of the machine and has a cover (white cover as shown in the picture above). If you notice, it is attached to the laser machine, which greatly saves space when placing the machine.
• For some models of Fiber Laser machines, the control cabinet used to install the Controller is separated from the outside, which will greatly reduce the usable space, especially for those who have limited space to position the laser machine.

Machine characteristics:

 

• The power consumption of fiber laser is much lower than plasma. You can use only 20% plasma. You can consider 1000W 380V laser which only uses 1000W/380V=2.6A compared to 60A 380V for plasma source. Many plasma sources use 100A compared to 1000W(2.6A). You will be amazed at the electricity you will save when you use 6A laser compared to 100A. That is 38 times your electricity bill. For example you pay 1000$ per month for electricity when you use plasma then you will pay around 1000/38=26$ per month. It is very economical.
• Tips Plasma cutting for one sheet of metal may use many Tips, but fiber laser can use many sheets of metal cutting for only one laser head tip. Because plasma uses high pressure, high volume of air to cut, so that the plasma electrode can burn quickly. You need to change once when you change the setting time and the time the machine will stop working. Machine time is the cost of the machine and the cost of the workers.
• The cutting speed of laser is very high working speed. The cutting time of fiber laser and plasma may be the same, but the laser can go much faster, may be 10 times faster. Because the structure of fiber laser, the machine has very low gravity, the column is very close to the table, so the machine can work at very high speed. Unlike plasma machine, the machine is very high because the torch is high. Then the column must be made very high, so the structure is high, so the running of the machine is not fast, or the machine will shake.
• Fiber laser has much better sensor head than plasma because it has less radiation. Some plasma when photographing other electrical appliances may be dark because of the high radiation of plasma. CNC fiber laser is the opposite. It has less radiation and is more stable.
